Since sprucing up the area around our Old Oak, it has been the favored location for more and more community gatherings. With the greenery growing in the swale separating the two buildings at the end of The Path (where the Old Oak reigns), it was difficult to see or hear the festivities until folks got close.
A Fathers Day barbecue drew a big crowd.
Artichokes appeared, as did lots of other fresh local fruits and veggies.
Chefs clustered around the barbecue.
The Old Oak is now the perfect spot to hang out, climb, jump and balance a FULL dinner plate.
