CoHo has a beautiful site in south Corvallis at Crystal Lake Drive and Alexander. The 6.8 acre site is a mix of open meadow and trees. There are fir, hawthorn, apple, oak, and maples on the property. It is our goal to keep as many of the trees as possible and to also keep some of the land in its wild state. The land is about 1 mile from downtown Corvallis, an easy bicycle ride. Public transportation is located just one block away. The local elementary school is on the corner of Alexander and 99 (an easy walk).

The land was purchased through an agreement with Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services (CNHS). CNHS is a private non-profit committed to the creation of safe, affordable housing and healthy neighborhoods. CNHS is acting as CoHo’s developer.
